Vaccinations to be offered at school
Vaccinations for students aged 12 to 15
Dear all,
The NHS and local authority are offering all students aged 12 to 15 the chance to have a vaccination in school. This process is being organised by the NHS and Local Authority and being delivered at the school.
Vaccines will only be given to children if their parents give consent. A copy of the consent form will be sent home, but you can see a copy of it at the bottom of this letter. Please send a paper copy with your child to their form tutor or send the copy below to enquires@barnhill.school.
These vaccinations will be carried out by trained professionals using the Pfizer vaccine.
