Download EdulinkOne and stay up-to-date with key school information
EdulinkOne is the app we use for school communications. It is used by school staff to share information and is easily accessible to students and parents.
You will be able to do the following:
- See your child’s timetable, behaviour and achievement points
- Report your child’s absence • Access ParentPay (via Links)
- Access Homework Platforms (via Links) • Update your contact information
- Receive important notices and updates from the school
- Receive alerts when messages are posted (via push notifications on the App)
Setting up the App
Mobile Phone:
- Use the links itunes.apple.com / play.google.com, or search in the App or Play stores.
- Enter the School ID, which is barnhill.
- Enter your username and password*
Computer:
- Go to https://www.edulinkone.com/ and enter the school’s code, which is barnhill.
- Enter the School ID, which is barnhill.
- Enter your username and password*
*Your user name and password would have been sent to you via email. Please check ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders in case it was not delivered to your in box. If you have any difficulties registering, logging into or using Edulink One, please don’t hesitate to contact the school at enquiries@barnhill.school

Once logged in, the ‘Main Screen’ will display various widgets (some of which may not be visible as not all features have been launched) which will take you to the category of information you wish to view.
