Year 11 Prom Class of 2025

Dear Parent / Guardian 

Year 11 Prom will be on the 27th June 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel, Bath Road, Heathrow from 6:30pm – 11pm. 

Ticket price = £60 

• A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit of £30 must be paid by 15th December 2024 on ParentPay  
• A final payment of £30 must be paid by 24th May 2025 on ParentPay 

There will be no further opportunity to pay after the 24th May 

All parents have been issues a ParentPay account. If you have any concerns regarding ParentPay please ask your child to inform their Form Tutor or email sirwin@barnhill.school 

Prom is a privilege and celebration of the students’ hard work during their time at Barnhill Community High School. If a student truants period 6, fails to engage in interventions, has poor behaviour, poor attitude to learning, poor attendance or punctuality they are at risk of not being allowed to attend. This will be a decision made by the Key Stage Team. Please speak to your child about the importance of getting it right in year 11 with only a few months left of their High School journey.  

If your child is withdrawn from Prom for any of the above reasons there will be no refund
