Our Crafty Curriculum
Within our broad and balanced curriculum, of which we are very proud, we offer students the opportunity to experience practical subjects.
This term, our students have been very creative in textiles, DT and Food Tech.
- Yr 7 - textiles produced Ugly Dolls designed as a key ring charm.
- Yr 8 - created a pocket pencil case inspired by the theme 'patterns from around the world'.
- Yr 9 - created a coaster / wall hanging inspired by Andy Warhol on the theme of food pop art.
- Yr 11 - hospitality and catering students turned themselves into master chefs when they produced dishes requiring a high level of skill during their WJEC practical exams.
