Barclays Bank - Life Skills

Thank you to Chris and Fiona from the Transformation trust for delivering a very engaging workshop on 'Problem Solving' as part of our Barclays Life Skills programme for Year 8. The session equipped our Year 8 students  with an adaptable approach to solving problems, large or small. The session reinforced students’ understanding of the potential future applications of this skill as they move into the world of work.

Students now understand that problem solving is a core transferable skill and identify its usefulness in a work setting. The facilitators also commented on how engaged and well behaved the students were during the sessions.
