A Level artists produce impressive artwork

The Art department welcomed a moderation visit from AQA examiners to review the A level exhibition of students' work.

Students produced a variety of outcomes in different mediums, from painting, mixed media, photography and sculpture, that dealt with evocative themes such as mental health and global warming.

The examiner commented that the diversity of work was impressive and that students had clearly followed their own artistic journey.

The art department staff are incredibly proud of students' effort and imaginative outcomes, and we would like to wish them all the best in pursuing their creative futures.
