Barnhill Bake Off
A Year 10 student won some funding from Jack Petchey which she used to purchase ingredients for a baking event with a small group of Year 10 students.
The 'Bake Off', although initially for fun, gave the students the opportunity to practice the art and science of creating cakes from scratch. They really had to 'rise' to the occasion with the hope their mixtures did the same!
The Judges - Mrs. Clark, Mrs. Gill and Ms. Raheman we were unable to pick an outright winner as both cakes were delicious!
