Artistic Jubilations

On the lead up to half term and the Jubilee Bank holiday in celebration of the Queen’s 70 years’ reign, we invited students to create a portrait of the Queen. 

We had some fantastic entries and staff got to vote on a short list of 9. 

Congratulations to the winner, Victoria from Y8.

Two students, Anika (Y8) and Jugard (Y9) were awarded art supplies for their efforts and the winner received a trainer painting kit.  

We clearly have some budding artists in KS3.
